    Great Info. Thanks
I started managing in the summer of 2016. I am past the point of being able to do everything for all my properties. I am in need of cleaning crews that I can rely on. Do you know of an app/website specifically for cleaners?
Also, I’m struggling to get everywhere with my set of keys. How can I be in one town to let the cleaners in and the other town to let the repair man in?
I’ve learned so much to help me get started in this business from your site. I owe my success to you here at Rent Like A Pro! Thanks!!

Use lockboxes to manage the keys, we have an entire lesson on that in our training. Yes, one-off cleaning jobs like that can be a good fit. Check your local area on those websites and see what you can find – the only challenge I see with that is them knowing how far to take it.
